Data Handling
JBS governance documentation engagements involve sensitive institutional data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized engagement team members on a need-to-know basis.
JBS does not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information (PII) of justice-impacted individuals unless explicitly required by the engagement scope and authorized by the contracting agency.
Hosting & Infrastructure
This website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure with servers in the United States. All web traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. The site is statically generated, and no user data is collected through browsing.

SAM.gov: Registration in progress. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) to be published upon completion.
CAGE Code: Assigned upon SAM.gov registration completion.
Vendor-Neutral Posture
JBS maintains strict vendor neutrality. We hold no commercial relationships with AI tool vendors, criminal justice technology companies, or system integrators. Our governance documentation is independent, descriptive, and free of commercial influence.
